Abstract
The IQ-Net Network promotes exchange of experience on the management and implementation of Structural Funds programmes among managing authorities and intermediate bodies. The network is managed by the European Policies Research Centre Delft under the direction of Professor John Bachtler and Heidi Vironen. The research for this report was undertaken by EPRC in preparation for the 52nd IQ-Net Conference (online) on 21 June 2022. The report was written by Liliana Fonseca and Rona Michie.
