Abstract
Part II of this article continues the discussion of
all competition law cases before the domestic courts
of the United Kingdom, including the Competition
Appeal Tribunal (CAT), where parties were seeking to
exercise rights conferred on them by either Community
or UK competition law in the period 2005-2008.
