Abstract

This is an annotated bibliography appearing as part of the Oxford Bibliographies in Childhood Studies series identifying literature and other sources (for example cases) on the theme of Children as Perpetrators of Crime. It is divided into four sub-headings: Childhood Studies – Relevant Foundational Concepts; Youth Justice including Rights-Based Approaches; Innocence Versus Evil; and Criminal Responsibility of Children. It constitutes a very useful and accessible set of brief commentary on key texts in this important area.
