Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

It is a fact which must never be ignored that in every society children, who by and large thrive best by being brought up by their parents in a loving environment, are occasionally denied the benefits of physical and emotional security and sound development by the very people entrusted with their care.Every developed legal system has its own rules and procedures for dealing with such cases and for ensuring that children receive the protection that they have a right to expect.
