Abstract

At the conceptual level, Illegal Beings is an original and thought-provoking attempt to apply US Constitutional Law to the topical and highly-controversial subject of human reproductive cloning. In its detail, however, the author's argument encounters various problems that raise serious questions about its practical applicability.
