Abstract

Bleaching relaxation in phosphate and silicate glasses doped with PbS quantum dots (QD) was studied. The dependence of the ratio of a slow to a fast bleaching decays components amplitudes on QDs size was also analyzed. The absorption spectra demonstrated excitonic resonances which locations were the QD size dependent.
