Abstract

The aim of the research and development work being carried out on Integrated Performance Measurement Systems at the Centre for Strategic Manufacturing in the University of Strathclyde is to develop a Reference Model and an Audit Method for an robust and integrated performance measurement system. The Reference Model is being developed as a result of research into past and present academic work and industry best practices. This paper describes the development and structure of the Reference Model as well as discussing the principles embedded within the Model. The paper concludes with a brief description of the Audit Methodology.
