Abstract

The hydrogen-bonding spectrum and rotational diffusion decays of aqueous salt solutions have been studied by OHD-OKE spectroscopy. Terahertz absorption, FTIR, and OKE spectroscopy have been combined with molecular-dynamics simulations to yield a better understanding of the ultrafast dynamics of methanol.
