Accurate holographic light potentials for cold-atom experiments

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution book

Abstract

We holographically generate light potentials on a microscopic scale relevant for cold-atom experiments using a liquid crystal spatial light modulator and two high-NA microscope objectives. The root-mean-squared error of our potentials falls within the range of 3.6 − 6.2%.
