We focus on the extent to which the shift to homeworking seen during the Covid pandemic looks set to remain a feature of the UK labour market. This matters because the extent to which the shift persists will have implications for a range of economic and social issues including productivity, wellbeing, a range of inequalities, housing needs, the future of cities and town centres, and demand for public transport.",
