Abstract
In order to deliver LCC's (Leed's City Council's) vision of strategic network management and empowered travelers, both Mott MacDonald and Leeds City Council have been working together to offer an upgrade for the Leeds Urban Traffic Management and Control facility. A part of this feat is Mott MacDonald's Common Data Management Facility, which assists data exchange between compliant ITS systems. In addition, this data management facility is Urban Traffic Management and Control (UTMC) compliant, features fault and asset management, and has been implemented elsewhere, which make it more familiar.
