Abstract

In the title compound [systematic name: 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b, f]azepine-5-carboxamide methanoic acid solvate], (C15H14N2OCH2O2)-C-., the dihydrocarbamazepine and formic acid molecules are hydrogen bonded to form an R-2(2)(8) motif, which is further connected into a centrosymmetric double motif arrangement.
