Abstract

In the title compound {systematic name: 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[ b,f] azepine-5-carboxamide-formamide solvate (1/1)}, C15H14N2O center dot CH3NO, the dihydrocarbamazepine and formamide molecules are hydrogen bonded to form an R-2(2)(8) dimer, which is further connected to form a ladder motif.
