Abstract
Micro-quality mathematical model Caoliu Lin butadiene rubber polymerization process, Yue Hong (Beijing Institute of Chemical Technology Department of Automation, Beijing, 100029) Abstract This paper introduces the multi-reactor continuous polymerization butadiene rubber production process as an object, from the polymerization mechanism and the actual working conditions departure, a mathematical model to describe the microscopic polymer quality. Catalytic system model including active centers exist in the dual assumption to Throckmorton three model-based metal active centers established; polymerization process using reactive degree method and technology to build the generating function of the macro-and micro-kinetic equation and the molecular weight and its distribution model. The article also describes some of the results of the use of simulation technology to validate the model. Keywords together a diene; mathematical model; microscopic quality; dual active centers due DOI: Blade back nine camel; O242 Introduction As we all know, the quality of the product is polymerized by its basic molecular parameters of the decision. On butadiene rubber, this parameter is divided on the amount and distribution, education and gel content, such as "', and these parameters had to be affected by the light in the polymerization process operating variables, and currently there is no online testing these quality index means and tools, so companies commonly Mooney amount as the monitoring indicators, but Mooney does not characterize all of the information before microscopic degrees of quality, making it difficult to ensure the quality of the end product
