Abstract
The "Additional Support for Learning in Scotland Education Act 2004" is value-oriented to safeguard children's rights and well-being, builds a legal framework for "additional support for learning", and promotes the integration of Scotland Development of education. Over the past 20 years, the legislation on "extra support for learning" has been continuously optimized, safeguarding children's rights and well-being in various forms, and forming a multi-party collaboration model and multi-sector monitoring mechanism for "extra support for learning".
