A solar oven that serves food hot to taste 4 hours after sunset
Key findings
The project embodies 5 years of R&D into the concentration, reflection, absorption and storage of solar gain to cook up to 10kg of food that can be served piping hot 4 hours after sunset. The aim is to displace wood and lpg use in the developing world.
