Description
Directed and led the development of a summer STEP programme (supported by OSDU) for scalable, peer-to-peer staff training in delivery of StrathCEKO workshops. This has run over summer 2022 and resulted in the training of 40 staff (from across all faculties) as workshop facilitators, allowing them to act as future STEP trainers and embed CE their own programmes and modules.
