Spatial-temporal techniques for multi-dimensional imaging

Project: Research Fellowship

Project Details

Description

I will pioneer a spatio-temporal imaging technique that can simultaneously achieve high spatial resolution beyond the diffraction limit and capture fluorescent lifetime (time-of-flight) information. To achieve this, the research will include methods of structuring light and lifetime techniques for quantifying the path length of light. The approach will complement current techniques and result in a step-change in fundamental imaging research.
