Sentinel: Digital Application for Trauma Management with First Responders

A novel digital application co-designed for first responders (and frontline workers) for trauma  management. We are working with Welbot following previous successful partnership (https://welbot.io) to develop a digital application to improve wellbeing and reduce sedentary behaviour in the workplace.

Sentinel aims to address immediate mental health needs, build resilience and deliver effective support strategies when they need it most. Built with sustained input from first responders, psychological health and trauma, physical activity experts and professionals.
