ReMake Glasgow - Net Zero Industrial Sustainability 06912

The project focused on identifying opportunities for closing loops within traditionally linear economies and industries. One of the key aspects of the project was an in-depth analysis of critical materials that offer the greatest potential for circularisation and value retention.

My role focused on the identification and assessment of alternative solutions. I also conducted a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) comparing the manufacturing of the same product using a different process and alternative materials. The results clearly demonstrated the environmental benefits of adopting the proposed method.

The project was costed at £278,349 and was a CATX- SPF project.
