Practitioner/researcher providing and studying conflict resolution within the One Ocean Hub
Layman's description
1) Practice - providing mediation and/or facilitation as required throughout the project. Examples include facilitating the IPLA or assisting smaller groupings to deal constructively with disagreement.
2) Advice/coaching - providing conflict coaching and dispute system design advice to the PI and support team as required throughout the project. Examples include input into governance of the Hub and consensus-building between various component parts.
3) Research - writing reflectively on the Hub's experience of consensus-building and conflict resolution.
