Description

ECU commissioned sector-level research into occupational
segregation in Scottish HEIs to help the sector to understand and
tackle the challenge. The research examined the work Scottish
HEIs are undertaking, or could develop, to address occupational
segregation of staff based on gender, disability and ethnicity.
