Description
Knowledge exchange activity focused on applying management science to strategic decision-making challenges within the UK's Defence Nuclear Enterprise, in partnership with Frazer-Nash Consultancy. The activity will result in the supervision of six commissioned postgraduate dissertation projects addressing defence procurement, nuclear supply chains, strategic investment appraisal, consortium bidding, and capacity planning.
