Working with Dr. Harry Coules from University of Bristol on Fracture prediciton in Flow Forming. As part of the project, experimental trials and mechanical testing are planned and this will be used to inform a fracture prediction model/tool developed by Dr. Coules and this will be complimentary to the work carried out in-house on fracture prediciton in Incremental Bulk Forming Processes and as such will expand AFRC's in-house capabilities.
