Description
This literature review, which has been commissioned by the Scottish Sentencing Council, will summarise existing academic, legal and statistical work on the sentencing of environmental and wildlife offences. It aims to inform and support the work of the Scottish Sentencing Council, particularly its commitment to drafting a guideline on the sentencing of environmental and wildlife offences.
