This project builds upon earlier BTG and KE week food and drink events. These events identified the breadth of food and drink expertise in Strathclyde and began to build relationships with external businesses. The aim of this proposal is to coordinate and enlarge the FT@S network, to facilitate inter-disciplinary dialogue and to expand business engagement with the network. Establishing external relationships based around various business requirements and building our academic capacity will ensure that we continue to align our expertise with the industry challenges so that Strathclyde is in a strong position to address future funding calls quickly and effectively.
