Description
Food Activism in the Schoolyard is a project funded by the Scottish Universities Insight Institute (£19,690). It is by colleagues in School of Education at the University of Strathclyde and the University of Edinburgh. Colleagues from the University of Aberdeen and the University of the West of Scotland were also involved in the collaboration with colleagues from Learning for Sustainability Scotland and One Seed Forward.
The project ran three workshops to consult various policy, practice and academic stakeholders on food activism within the area of Learning for Sustainability.

Key findings
The team produced a Learning for Sustainability Framework to support practitioners in their thinking and planning of Learning for Sustainability in their various contexts.
