Description

• Developed and delivered a ‘Coaching Skills for Managers’ training programme for Scottish Parliament. Collaborated with internal OD team.
• Managed voluntary group coaching sessions with senior management from directorates including Legal, HR, Communications and Clerks; provided 1:1 coaching as requested.
• Created content for the tutor guide, PowerPoint slides, workbooks, activity sheets, and reflection logs, as well as relevant assessments and guidance for management.
• Wrote marketing strategy, communications, e-learning packages and audio-visual material.
• Produced a training evaluation strategy aligned to an internal Learning Management System.
