Cluster ACT (Aggregation and Collaboration Tools) is a project aimed to develop a mechanism for maritime clusters’ networking and collaboration with private investors to enhance innovation and business development in the Mediterranean maritime sector, specifically the three targeted sub-sectors of nautical activities, cruising, and ports and marinas.
The project is funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) under the management of the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME), an agency of the European Commission founded in 2003 to manage on its behalf several EU programs in the fields of business support, innovation, environment, climate action, energy, and maritime affairs. Its goal is to promote sustainable development while improving the competitiveness of European industries.
