Formability of three different Aluminium alloys (AA1050, AA2024 and AA7075) subjected to Single point incremental sheet forming process were studies. Effect of sheet metal thickness as well as microstructural state by having 2 different temper conditions in each alloys on the their formability during ISF process with back die support were investigated. Polymer based dies manufactured by Additive manufacturing route were used in this project. Die having different wall angles was used to understand the reduction in thickness after forming.
