Description

This project will provide the flow data for CP-Ti and Ti3-2.5 sheet material in the form of stress-strain curves to support the customer to manufacture of current and new parts using process modelling of sheet forming processes. Also, it will gives a clear view of suitable heating technology to support industrial scale warm press brake trials which were assessed in the AFRC CORE1144 project. Finally, the state of the art review on the four technologies will provide members with key understanding of the technology areas to determine the potential to gain access to these advanced technologies for future applications.
