AFRC_CATP_1482_Investigation of Lightweight Hybrid Foam Sandwich Structures

The ultimate aim of the project is to introduce alternative lightweight hybrid materials, which are not yet fully developed. The WP-1 of the project will focus on literature and market review. The WP-2 is focussed to study the mechanical properties and formability of hybrid material by experimental test. The results would explore the wide range of applications of hybrid material to fulfil lightweight requirement.
