Principal investigator for project aimed at redesigning the back mobiliser device TAMARS (Technology Assisted Mobilisation and Reflex Stimulation). The deliverables for this project included a characterisation of the current devise, investigation into alternative technologies to replace the need for an air compressor and minimise the overall product footprint and a proof of concept model utilising solenoids (the identified drive replacement technology).
