Space Generation Advisory Council - Member of the Month (December 2017)

Prize: National/international honour

Description

Membership at the Space Generation Advisory Council in Support of the United Nations Programme on Space Applications (SGAC) has been steadily growing throughout the years, now hosting well over 13,000 members globally. Among this membership there are many incredible young space enthusiasts who should be recognised for their hard work and contributions to SGAC. In December 2009, the SGAC Executive Council decided to acknowledge one member per month for his or her outstanding work and contributions to SGAC and its goals, and we continued this until today. As such, SGAC presented the SGAC December Member of the Month award to Andrew Wilson (United Kingdom). Andrew was elected as member of the month by the Executive Council from 20 outstanding nominees due to his work as Reports Coordinator within the organisation.
