In all aspects of his role, Thomas demonstrates a genuine and sustained commitment to enabling others to develop, achieve, and thrive. His work has had a lasting and measurable impact on student confidence, employability, and achievement, as well as on the supportive culture within the Department of Marketing. For these reasons, I strongly believe Thomas is an exceptionally deserving recipient of the University of Strathclyde Values Medal for Helping Others Towards Success.
