Personal profile

Personal Statement

I am a Lecturer in Numerical Analysis and Data Science in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Manchester and an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Strathclyde.

Until June 2025, I was a Strathclyde Chancellor's Fellow (Lecturer) in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Strathclyde, where I was a member of the Numerical Analysis group.

Before joining Manchester and Strathclyde, I held postdoctoral positions at Universität Heidelberg (Germany) and EPF Lausanne (Switzerland). I obtained my PhD at UNSW Sydney, where I was fortunate to be advised by Ian H. Sloan, Quoc T. Le Gia, and Frances Y. Kuo.
