Personal Statement
I am currently the Programme Leader for the MSc Research Methods in Psychology and lead the core research methods and statistics modules on the Undergraduate BA Psychology course.
Research
My primary research expertise is in nutritional neuroscience. My PhD examined the metabolic, cerebrovascular, and cognitive effects of dietary polyphenols through a series of randomised, placebo-controlled clinical trials.
My other research area broadly sits within behavioural science where I am interested in how nudge and relational frame theory can be applied to improve health, environment and learning behaviours.
Teaching
I teach across the BA Psychology and MSc Research Methods in Psychology programmes with a particular focus on research methods and statistics. I am module leader for:

- C8928 – Research Design
- C8986 – Dissertation (MSc Research Methods in Psychology)
