Personal Statement

I started my journey at Strathclyde in 2020, during my MSc in Clinical Health Psychology. My research interests focused on adherence to cognitive behavioural treatment for insomnia. I returned to begin my PhD in 2021, expanding my research interest to insomnia and medication adherence in breast cancer patients.
