Personal Statement

I am a researcher specializing in Atmospheric Sciences, with a Ph.D. awarded in June 2022 from the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) and Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), India. Currently based at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, my research focuses on inverse modeling of CO₂ using dense sensor networks and air quality  observations. 

My doctoral research focused on "Understanding the variability and radiative impact of aerosols over the Himalayan region," with an emphasis on black carbon radiative forcing, snow albedo feedback, and aerosol characterization.
