Personal Statement
Russell is a Senior Lecturer whose research primarily focuses on disruptive technologies and innovation-driven business models within young growth-oriented ventures. His research has been published in leading outlets such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, and International Small Business Journal.
He is the Director of Undergraduate Teaching for the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship's BA Business Enterprise programme.
He primarily teaches New Venture Creation and other topics related to entrepreneurial growth.
