Personal profile

Personal Statement

I am a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde, working at Fraunhofer CAP.

Most recently I have worked on creating a powerful analysis tool using the Transfer Matrix Method which lets us analyse different material optical cavity properties such as Reflectivity and the Electric field in individual layers.

Over the summer of 2019, I have also worked as a research intern in the University of Strathclyde. During which I created a temperature PID system to stabilizing a single frequency He-Ne laser using a microcontroller, under supervision of Reader Konstantinos Lagoudakis.
