Research Output per year
I am a Research Associate at the School for Psychological Sciences & Health at the University of Strathclyde, where I work together with William McGeown to investigate the neurobiology of suggestibility and hypnosis.
As an undergraduate I studied neuroscience at McGill University, where I worked with Kathy Mullen using visual psychophysics to understand the processing of colour in the brain. In 2018, I completed a PhD at City University of London and the Max Planck Institute for Neurological Research, where I worked with Sir Michael Morgan and Josh Solomon to study visual motion and the interaction between attention and perception.
My current research interest is in awareness and perception, and how these change depending on internal states and external influences. Besides that, I am actively involved in science outreach, including running STEM activities in schools and organising development and public engagement events within the university.
