Personal profile

Personal Statement

I joined the university in 2020 as a Knowledge Exchange Associate. My time is divided between the ESRC funded Productivity Outcomes of workplace Practice, Engagement and Learning (PROPEL) Hub – a joint SCER and FAI project - and related projects within SCER. Prior to this, I worked as an organisational culture consultant specialising in the development and embedding of inclusive culture frameworks and diversity and inclusion strategies as well as managing organisational culture during mergers and acquisitions. I have worked with a range of different organisations including National Trust, Cunard and Cloudreach.

I am passionate about workplace innovation, engagement and wellbeing. In my doctoral research, I created a theoretical framework for the management and promotion of employee wellbeing by combining theoretical and empirical insights research from a range of disciplines and from UK based organisations and consulting firms. During my Masters and PhD studies I also taught extensively in the School of Business at the University of Dundee.
