• Mingyi's research interests lie predominantly in Securities Regulation and Regulation of Cryptoassets. He is equipped with both qualitative and quantitative research skills through Postgraduate studies, supporting a rigorous and analytical approach to regulatory issues in the fields
• Teaching experience in undergraduate core and elective modules 
• Developed knowledge of the impact of equity financing and bank credit on the real economy through extensive industry experience; awarded "Excellent Employee of the Year" in 2018 for outstanding performance
• Leveraged over five years of hands-on personal investment experience in equities, mutual funds, and physical gold, providing a retail investor's perspective that informs his current doctoral research on securities regulation
