Personal Statement
I am a social scientist with experience in research, policy and programme development in relation to vulnerable children and young people, citizenship and participation. In my current role, I focus on promoting the use of evidence in policy formulation and supporting capacity building in the use of data for improvement. I have expertise in using the Active Implementation Frameworks, including in supporting the operationalisation of effective practices and the development of measurements that will allow for the assessment of fidelity and outcomes relating to those practices.
I am working within CELCIS, the Centre for Excellence for Children's Care and Protection. Previous experience includes Save the Children Romania and the European Agency for Fundamental Rights.
