Personal Statement

Margaret joined the Digital Health and Wellness Group, within the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, in March 2017.

Having worked in the computer and healthcare industries, she has experience of digital health in practice.  Margaret is interested in digital health interventions that help people, be they patients, carers, people in the third sector or healthcare professionals.  Her particular interests include families with children with complex health care needs, adults diagnosed with cancer, people with long term conditions, remote patient monitoring, patient reported outcomes and the sharing of electronic health information.
