Personal Statement
I am a Biochemistry Teaching Associate in the Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (SIPBS).
I am involved in the China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) University of Strathclyde Undergraduate programme, teaching in Nanjing, China as well as at Strathclyde.
Research Interests
- Decolonisation of the curriculum (Biochemistry/Pharmacology)
- Student mental health and wellbeing
- Atypical protein structure and function (IDPs and aggregating proteins)
- The molecular basis of neurodegeneration
- Mass spectrometry as a structural biology tool
