Personal Statement

James Black is a knowledge exchange associate in the Fraser of Allander Institute.

He joined the FAI as an intern in 2016, while studying for his BSc Hons. in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics, and was a key part of the team delivering the first of an annual series, Scotland's Budget - 2016.

His current research interests are in economic consultancy, macroeconomics and economic policy.
