Isaac Moore joined the Law School as an ESRC/SGSSS funded (1+3) PhD researcher in September 2022. He is a pharmacist, with clinical experience in both community and hospital pharmacy.
Isaac's PhD research is supervised by Dr Mary Neal and Prof Rebecca Zahn, and will investigate the issue of conscientious objection by pharmacy professionals in the UK context, using an empirical bioethics methodology.
Whilst Isaac's research focusses on pharmacy law and ethics, he has broad interests in medical law, bioethics and healthcare regulation. He is also interested in the developing methodologies of empirical bioethics, in particular dialogical, hermeneutic approaches.
Isaac is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (MRPharmS) and a registrant of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
