Personal Statement

Mr Vourganas is currently a director and a PhD student in Dept. Of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, with over 16 years industrial experience. He has served in the industry from different positions including hardware and software design to management in several companies in UK and abroad. He holds 2 undergraduate degrees from Scottish and Greek institutions respectively, in Electronic and Electrical and Electrical Power Engineering as well as an MSc in the same subject from Scottish institution. During his academic career he has been involved in several academic projects and he has successfully contributed on the design of an innovative device lately from the position of R&D associate with a Scottish Biomedical engineering company.
